Our client is among Indias leading and most creative, integrated end-to-end post production and visual effects service houses. They offer a comprehensive spectrum of services ranging from visual effects, digital film lab (digital intermediate, high-resolution film scanning and film recording), telecine, editing and motion control to High Definition production. The facility started in 1982 and have a share of 75% of alla ads in India. You will work mostly with commercials and musicvideos. Our client work with DaVinci 2K + and a Spirit 4k, the office is located in the central part of Mumbai.

- Overview
This is a support responsible for handling film for scanning to data storage whilst supporting the daily activities of the Digital Media Department.
- Key Accountabilities
Manage scans and data transfers from Spirit, Maintain quality and integrity of data, Provide assistant to the Digital Management department and follow standard practices and workflows, Delivery of scans from Client to Bureau, Handling support calls , Knowledge, Skills and Experience, Essential Experience, An interest in developing relevant skills and progress with in this area, Knowledge of film handling and scanning, Understanding of grading and editorial processes, Knowledge of grading and editorial processes, Excellent communication and team working skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to use initiative and prioritise work loads, Problem solving.
- Desired Experience
Spirit 4K/2K, Bones system, Scanning film negative to a high quality, Scan lists, keycodes and timecodes, Quality control of scanned images, Calibration of film scanner prior to scanning, Identification of film stocks, Linux operations, Neg handling, First line maintenance of scanning departments, Knowledge of Status M, Status A and printing densities, densitometer operation and colour management.

new pumps and tires. Good machine for medium volume release printing and or dailies processing. In good shape running currently at Cinelab in Massachusetts pictures available upon request. We are installing a newer Treise ECN-2 machine and switching print to a more compact Print processor at 50 ft./min. The Filmline is a very sturdy machine.
