No THX certification for IMAX.
As far as Attack of the Clones, the HD master not being film, allows special
work to be done in order to make this file look good, even when formatted for
IMAX.

I just read on CCN.com that in addition to IMAX re-releasing Apollo 13 in the
IMAX format (35mm blow-up with significant digital touch ups -- they call it
"adapted for the IMAX format"), that they will also be releasing the IMAX
"adaptation"(?) of Star Wars Attack of the Clones Nov. 1. (is IMAX THX
certified?!?)

IMHO, it will indeed be interesting to see how a 2.35 cut-out from 1920 x 1080
cam originals re-formats and holds up on an IMAX screen.

Cintel... Do we really need 4K for TV??
