Multiple Formats and shooting film of the video screen.

     Hi Folks,
With all the talk of the plethora of new digital formats, has there
been any research yet on the mechanics of shooting film of the new systems?
I imagine that under controlled conditions it should be fairly
straightforward, but then again there are those shots we see now and then
which show different sets... and if, for example, one of those sets is
running CBS at 1080i 30fps and another has Fox showing a movie at 720p
24fps, then what? (Perhaps a shutter solution?) Are the frame rates of the
various formats similar?
     Just wondering aloud...
