The color space conversion problems that you are speaking of occur in 
the Sirius video interface which is part of the Onyx 1. The Divo 
board in Onyx 2 addresses this problem completely, with a completely 
re designed hardware-based color space converter. 

In New York, most transfer houses manage to limit the YUV color gamut 
to RGB color space with the use of the Hewlet-Packard or Videotek D1 
"legalizers". This allows us to do finish work in either the DL or 
Quantel environments with impunity.
