	Thanks for a very good discussion of video levels. I'd just like to add
that standard broadcast practice is to have a proc amp prior to the exciter of
the tv transmitter to limit levels. This means that the concern is not as much
the ability to transmit video without adverse effects as it is whether or not
the video will look the way it was intended to - That nice hot day-glo green
will get clipped and look rather dull by the time it gets to the transmitter.
