Yes Larry,
the use of a 150 degree shutter will ABSOLUTELY get rid of all 60Hz 
flicker when filming at 25 fps. It does not induce any other 
problems, and the 3/10 of a stop difference in exposure can, for all 
practical purposes be ignored.
